Jada Pinkett Smith Shares First Colonoscopy on Red Table Talk
In a recent Red Table Talk episode, Jada Pinkett Smith brings viewers along for her first colonoscopy, highlighting the importance of gut health. Joined by her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, son Jaden, and medical experts, Jada opens up about the experience, saying she felt โso relaxedโ afterwardโeven joking about the awkwardness while still under anesthesia. She called the process โeasefulโ and encouraged others not to fear it. Back in 2019, Will Smith also documented his own colonoscopy, which revealed a precancerous polyp and drew millions of views on YouTube.
