Rescue teams launched an urgent search after a 2-year-old boy and his mother were reported missing in a rural area near a river. After hours of searching, the mother was found about 500 meters from where she was last seen, in a hard-to-reach section of the river. She was rescued and taken to a nearby hospital, where officials say she is weak but responsive and currently under medical care.
