US Citizen Grandfather Detained by ICE in Freezing Raid
A St. Paul ICE raid sparked outrage after agents detained 56-year-old U.S. citizen and grandfather ChongLy “Scott” Thao in his home, leaving him outside in 12-degree weather wearing only underwear, a blanket, and sandals. Thao says masked agents broke in with guns drawn and showed no warrant.
