US Commander Said Trump ‘Anointed by Jesus’ to Attack Iran

Report Claims Commander Linked Iran Operations to Biblical “Armageddon”
A complaint circulating among military personnel alleges that a commander opened a combat readiness briefing by framing ongoing operations involving Iran as part of a religious prophecy, according to the account.
In the complaint, the commander reportedly urged troops not to be “afraid” of current combat activities and encouraged leaders to reassure their units that the situation was “all part of God’s divine plan.”
The account claims the commander referenced passages from the biblical Book of Revelation, speaking about Armageddon and the anticipated return of Jesus Christ. According to the complaint, he also told troops that Donald Trump had been “anointed by Jesus” to “light the signal fire in Iran” and trigger events leading to Armageddon.
The allegations have not been independently verified, and it remains unclear when or where the briefing allegedly took place or whether an official investigation has been launched.
If confirmed, such remarks could raise concerns about the mixing of religious beliefs with military command decisions, particularly within the armed forces of the United States, which are bound by constitutional principles separating government authority from religious endorsement.
Officials have not yet publicly responded to the claims.
