Marian Robinson, mother of former First Lady Michelle Obama, has died at 86. Michelle called her “my rock,” while Barack Obama praised her as “one-of-a-kind.” Born Marian Shields in 1937, she and her late husband Fraser Robinson III raised Michelle and her brother Craig in Chicago.
