On Wednesday’s episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos turned a simple snack debate into must-see live television.
The couple reacted to the news that the Girl Scouts would be discontinuing two popular cookie flavors — Girl Scout S’mores and Toast-Yay — after the 2025 season. As Kelly shared the update, Mark immediately grew concerned.
“No, no! Do not — if it’s the Samoa, I’m going to walk off set right now,” he warned dramatically.
Fortunately for Mark, his beloved Samoas are safe — at least for now. Kelly, however, admitted she was surprised by the strong reactions, confessing that the discontinued flavors weren’t even ones she was familiar with.
Trying to make sense of her tastes, Mark asked, “Thin Mints?”
“I don’t like Thin Mints,” Kelly replied.
That confession did not go over well. The studio audience instantly erupted in boos, clearly shocked by her unpopular opinion — proving that when it comes to Girl Scout cookies, things can get very serious.
