“Most Tattooed Woman” Travels to Spain for Controversial Procedure Banned in Australia

Australian influencer Amber Luke, widely known online as “Dragon Girl,” is once again drawing attention after traveling overseas for a body modification procedure described as “highly illegal” in Australia.
Luke, 31, has become known for one of the most extreme body transformations in the world, reportedly spending around $250,000 on modifications that include full-body tattoos covering approximately 98% of her skin, blue tattooed eyeballs, sharpened teeth, implanted forehead horns, and a split tongue.
Now based on her social media updates, Luke has traveled to Barcelona, Spain, to undergo additional procedures that are either heavily restricted or not legally available in her home country.
One of the planned modifications is a subdermal silicone implant to her left hand, where a shaped implant is inserted beneath the skin to create a raised, permanent design. Luke has chosen a bow-shaped implant and says she is focusing on proper healing following the procedure.
She is also scheduled to undergo a second modification known as a “coin slot,” a procedure involving the removal of a portion of the ear’s cartilage to create a permanent opening that can be styled with jewelry. While not completely banned in Australia, such procedures are tightly regulated and more commonly performed in countries where cosmetic body modifications have fewer restrictions.
Luke has long defended her choices, arguing that beauty is subjective and that individuals should be free to modify their bodies as a form of self-expression. She has also acknowledged the challenges her appearance has created in traditional employment, noting that her career path has largely shifted toward online platforms.
Her latest trip highlights the growing global debate around extreme body modification—where personal freedom, medical ethics, and legal boundaries often intersect.
