#PolishedMan began when Elliot Costello met Thea, a child abuse survivor who painted one of his nails, inspiring a campaign encouraging men to paint a nail to raise awareness that 1 in 5 children suffer abuse. The movement urges men to challenge violence, support survivors, and promote healthy masculinity. It has grown globally, raising funds for recovery and prevention programs, showing how a simple act can spark powerful change to protect children and end abuse.
