Lily Stewart, a member of Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Georgia, first gained widespread attention in March 2025 after her arrest for speeding. While the traffic stop itself was routine, her mugshot—showing her smiling during the booking process—quickly circulated online and went viral. Social media users shared the image widely, with some nicknaming her “mugshot beauty” and “Locked Up Miss America,” fueling significant engagement across platforms.
According to reports, Stewart was stopped twice within a short period for speeding violations, first for allegedly driving 79 mph in a 55 mph zone and later for a similar offense.
