Inside Australias biggest family, try not to smile when you see all the kids today

When Jeni met her husband Ray, she never imagined having kids—let alone sixteen. But over 30 years later, the Bonells of Toowoomba, Queensland are one of Australia’s largest families, raising nine boys and seven girls. With at least eight kids still at home, life is anything but quiet. Feeding the household takes around $600 a week, including 50 liters of milk, 45 tubs of yogurt, and two loaves of bread a day—making grocery shopping a full family effort.
